$2,500 on day one for hardware and peripherals. $75 per month ongoing for internet and consumables.
Unlimited PTO with a three-week annual minimum. We track usage to ensure people actually take time off.
$1,500 annually for conferences, courses, and books. No approval required for purchases under $200.
