Things people ask before signing up.
Can I change plans at any time?
Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing period, so your current quota stays active until then.
How does annual billing work?
We charge the full year upfront, which locks in the 20% discount. If you cancel within 30 days of your annual renewal we refund the unused portion. After 30 days the year is non-refundable.
What happens when I approach my storage limit?
We send an email at 85% and again at 95% of your quota. Once you reach 100%, new uploads pause. Existing files remain fully accessible and downloadable. Upgrading your plan or deleting files restores upload access immediately.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?
Yes. Personal and Professional include a 30-day trial, no credit card required at sign-up. Business trials run 14 days and include an onboarding call with our team. You choose when to add a payment method.
Does the Free plan include three-zone redundancy?
Yes. Every file on Nomia, regardless of plan, is written to three independent availability zones. Redundancy is part of the infrastructure, not a paid add-on. We do not offer a single-zone tier at a lower price.
Do you offer volume discounts for large teams?
Business customers with 50 or more seats can negotiate custom pricing. Reach out via the Enterprise page and we respond within one business day. Non-profit and educational institutions are eligible for discounted rates on request.
